Return and Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or personal preference.

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

A proper unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory for any return or claim request. Without this, requests will not be considered.

We follow a no refund policy. In most cases, only exchange or store credit will be provided.

Refunds will be considered only in rare or exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Shas Jewelry.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
