Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear images or videos of the product.

A proper unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory as proof while raising any exchange request. Requests without this proof may not be accepted.

Once approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement product.

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative option will be provided.
